Your Miami Arrival Deserves Better Than a Rental Counter Queue
You land at Miami International Airport. Bags collected, and now the choice: join the line at the MIA Rental Car Center for a generic sedan, or step into something worth flying for.
MIA is one of the busiest airports in the country, and its rental counters feel like it, especially on Friday afternoons during season. A luxury car rental with Miami airport pickup from Premier Miami Rentals works differently. Your vehicle is prepared, detailed, and fueled before you land, the handover takes minutes instead of an hour, and you are on the road in something that actually fits the city you came for.
Here is exactly how airport pickup works, what it costs, and which cars make the most sense for your arrival.
How Miami Airport Pickup Works
The Standard: Pickup at Our Miami Location
Every Premier Miami Rentals vehicle is prepared at our Miami location, a short rideshare or taxi ride from MIA. This is how most of our guests do it:
- Book before you fly. Call or text 438-533-9053 or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and vehicle.
- Complete verification in advance. Identity, driving record, and insurance typically takes under 30 minutes, and it is best done before you board your flight.
- Land, grab your bags, take a short ride to us. Your car is detailed, fueled, and waiting.
- Walk around, sign, drive. The handover usually takes less time than MIA baggage claim.
Delivery to the Airport, by Special Arrangement
If you would rather walk out of arrivals straight into your car, delivery to MIA is available by special arrangement and quoted on request. A concierge meets you with the vehicle ready to go. It is the smoothest possible arrival, and a popular choice for late-night international flights and guests traveling with kids.
Delivery to Your Hotel
Just as popular: we deliver to your South Beach, Brickell, or Downtown hotel by special arrangement, so the car is waiting at the valet stand when you check in. For multi-car trips, many guests have one vehicle delivered and pick up a second at our location later in the stay.
Which Option Makes Sense for You?
- Flying in for a weekend of driving? Pick up at our location and head straight for the causeways.
- Arriving late or with a group? Airport or hotel delivery by special arrangement.
- Staying a week or longer? Hotel delivery plus our automatic multi-day discounts, covered below, is the best combination.
The Best Luxury Rentals for an Airport Arrival
Cadillac Escalade — $499 per day
The airport arrival king. Seven seats, room for six bags, and a $1,000 security deposit, the lowest in the fleet. Valet teams from Brickell to South Beach handle Escalades all day long, which makes it the easiest luxury rental for a family landing at MIA. See the Escalade.
BMW M4 Competition Convertible — $599 per day
Top-down from the airport to the beach. Four seats, a folding hardtop, and 503 horsepower make the M4 the best-value performance rental for couples. See the M4 Competition.
Lamborghini Urus — $999 per day
The supercar SUV. Five seats, real luggage space, and 641 horsepower, which is why the Urus is our most recommended first exotic. It carries the crew and the bags from MIA without compromise. See the Urus, or read our full Urus guide.
Mercedes-AMG G63 — from $995 per day
The G-Wagon is Miami's default status SUV and an easy airport car for groups of five. See the G63, or read the complete G63 guide.
Rolls-Royce Cullinan — from $1,495 per day
For arrivals that need to be announced. The Cullinan's magic-carpet ride turns the drive from MIA into part of the vacation. See the Cullinan, or read our Cullinan guide.
One practical note: two-seat supercars like the Huracan EVO Spyder and Audi R8 Spyder carry roughly one bag. Landing with two full suitcases and heading straight into a Huracan does not work. The smart play: arrive in the Escalade or Urus, then have the supercar swapped in for your driving days. Vehicle swaps during a rental can be arranged through our concierge, subject to availability.
What It Costs — and the Automatic Discounts
Daily rates from our fleet, before taxes and fees:
- Cadillac Escalade — $499
- BMW M4 Competition Convertible — $599
- Range Rover Sport SVR — $599
- Bentley Bentayga — $699
- Audi R8 Spyder — $899
- Mercedes-AMG G63 — from $995
- Lamborghini Urus — $999
- Lamborghini Huracan EVO Spyder — $1,399
- Rolls-Royce Cullinan — from $1,495
For longer stays, the math gets friendly. Discounts apply automatically: 10% off rentals of 7 or more days, and 15% off rentals of 14 or more days. No codes, no negotiation.
A few examples. An Escalade booked for a seven-day vacation drops to about $449 per day, roughly $3,144 for the week. A Lamborghini Urus for seven days lands near $6,294 instead of $6,993. On any booking of 14 days or more, the full 15% discount applies to the entire rental, which is why snowbirds and remote workers book that way. Details are always on our promo page.
For the full rate breakdown across every vehicle, read our Miami exotic car rental prices guide. Staying a month or longer? Our monthly rental guide covers 30-day pricing in detail.
Requirements for Airport Pickup
- Age 25 or older on most vehicles (select cars are available to drivers 21 and over, see our under-25 guide)
- Valid driver's license and a second form of identification
- Proof of insurance covering the rental period, read our insurance guide before you book
- Major credit card in the renter's name for the rental and the refundable deposit hold
Same-Day and Last-Minute Airport Rentals
Yes, we handle same-day reservations, subject to availability. Verification takes under 30 minutes, so if you land at 10 a.m. and decide at baggage claim that this trip needs a convertible, call or text 438-533-9053 and we will tell you exactly what can be ready today.
Off-season weekdays are usually easy. Landing on a Friday evening during peak season (December through April) and expecting a same-day Huracan is not realistic. For season travel, reserve two to three weeks ahead, and even earlier around Art Basel, New Year's Eve, and Spring Break.
Five Tips for a Smooth MIA Pickup
- Book before you fly. The best availability and the smoothest handover start with dates locked in advance.
- Send documents early. License and insurance verification done before landing means you sign and drive.
- Match luggage to the car. Two-seaters carry one bag. SUVs carry everything.
- Time the traffic. MIA congestion peaks between 4 and 7 p.m. If you land in that window, hotel delivery by special arrangement beats fighting the Dolphin Expressway in a widebody exotic.
- Plan the return. Full tank, same condition, timing flexible by arrangement with our concierge.
